Accessing the Billing Section
To manage your organization's billing and subscriptions, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Wexa.ai account.
- Navigate to the "Manage Account" section.
- Click on the "Billing" tab.
Understanding Billing Options
The Billing section provides an overview of your organization's subscription plan and allows you to manage add-on credits.
- Subscription Plans:
- Wexa.ai offers several subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features and pricing.
- Each plan has its own set of included features and limitations.
- To upgrade or downgrade your plan, select the desired plan and click "Subscribe."
- Add-on Credits:
- Purchase additional credits to supplement your subscription plan.
- Select the desired credit package from the available options.
- Review the pricing and click "Add Credits."
- Credit purchases will be reflected in your payment history.

- Subscription Changes: Upgrading or downgrading your subscription plan may affect your access to certain features.
- Credit Expiration: Add-on credits typically do not expire but may have usage limitations.
