Accessing the Billing Section

To manage your organization's billing and subscriptions, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Wexa.ai account.
  2. Navigate to the "Manage Account" section.
  3. Click on the "Billing" tab.

Understanding Billing Options

The Billing section provides an overview of your organization's subscription plan and allows you to manage add-on credits.

  • Subscription Plans:
    • Wexa.ai offers several subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features and pricing.
    • Each plan has its own set of included features and limitations.
    • To upgrade or downgrade your plan, select the desired plan and click "Subscribe."
  • Add-on Credits:
    • Purchase additional credits to supplement your subscription plan.
    • Select the desired credit package from the available options.
    • Review the pricing and click "Add Credits."
    • Credit purchases will be reflected in your payment history.

  • Subscription Changes: Upgrading or downgrading your subscription plan may affect your access to certain features.
  • Credit Expiration: Add-on credits typically do not expire but may have usage limitations.
