Inbox: Components and functionality

The Wexa.ai Inbox is a centralized platform designed to streamline coworker approval processes. It provides a comprehensive overview of pending, approved, and completed requests, enabling efficient collaboration and decision-making.

Accessing the Inbox

  1. Log in to Wexa.ai: Enter your credentials to access the platform's dashboard.
  2. Locate the Inbox: The Inbox icon is typically found on the left-hand sidebar. Click on it to open the Inbox.
  • Inbox Overview: The Inbox displays a list of pending approval requests.
  • Filters: Use the "All," "Pending," and "Resolved" filters to view specific types of requests.
  • Coworker Selection: Choose a coworker from the sidebar to view their specific requests.

Processing a Coworker Approval Request

  1. Select a Request: Click on a pending request to view its details.
  2. Review Request Details: The right-hand side of the screen will display the coworker's name, request description, and required approval.
  3. Provide Runtime Input: If necessary, enter your runtime input in the designated field.
  4. Edit Runtime Input: Use the edit icon to modify your runtime input before approving.
  5. Approve: Click the "Approve" button to grant approval or take appropriate action based on the request.

Viewing Request History

  • The "All" filter displays a complete history of approval requests.
  • Use the search function to find specific requests based on coworker or keywords.
  • Click on a specific request to view its details, including previous runtime inputs and approvals.

Additional Features

  • Go to Coworker: This feature allows you to quickly access a coworker's profile for more information.
